Rednecks 2night that I didn't know. They take pride in being more "Redneck" than you. This is a concept I am having difficulty grasping. There are actually "Redneck" snobs.
Yeah, for sure. Redneck snobbery's most common form is making fun of people who know stuff.
I was at a redneck music fest once and this dude says "hey, you ever seen a skin't quail?" I replied "no." He demonstrated. Pretty sure he wins all the Redneck Snoboffs.
The way to a woman's mouth is through her phone.
I'd rather be a roper than a doper

It's an interesting concept. You can take a redneck with a decent IQ, send him out of town, educate him, put him in a good job... But when you ship him back home for a while, he forgets proper English. It really is an amazing phenomenon. I'll admit, when I get around my old small-town crowd, I find myself slowing my speech a little. I like to think it's because I'm trying to help them understand, but deep down, I know I don't want to be the butt of an elementary joke.
Exactly! They are all "Well, well well. Look at Mr. fancy britches who can't even clean a groundhog. Feel sorry for his woman. She prolly needs some bubba love."
Or you may deep-down like being a redneck. I've been all over, made some money and flown on alot of planes. I still talk slow, drink Kentucky bourbon and love women in tight jeans. If only I hadn't gave up the Levi Garrett a while back.....
Sorry about that IMO.
Believe half of what you see, and none of what you hear.
I think you have it backwards IMO.
