I just finished the book and I'm four days in. Seems amazing to me that this isn't more widely known. And I'm curious if any of you here have done it and what I should expect.
I'm a little tired and people say the first week or so (if you go cold turkey like me), you notice a major energy zap.
Anyone here have any insight?
I'm a competitive grappler and I eat completely Paleo. First week is brutal, but the benefits are unreal. I just did a large cut and I feel great. For athletes, Paleo is an amazing option!
I have some friends at my gym that have done it or are in the process of doing it. They did mention the first week or two being a little tough. After the initial week(or two) they said it wasn't difficult at all and they could really tell a difference in how they felt,as far as energy levels and just feeling good. One said he felt so much better while he was on it. I guess, like a lot of things, it is just hard to stay dedicated because of convenience, temptation and other variables but it seems to be one of the better choices. Hope I somewhat answered your question. Good luck.
