Just got a text saying jury ruled him not guilty on all perjury charges. Just wanted to pass the news on for those interested

Never heard of him.
Talk to the hand!
He's saying Roger Clemens- the Rocket- was found not guilty today in his trial.

What about Jose Canspeako? And Mark Macelwain?
so is he off the hook now completely? as far as the law goes....
Just corrected the error in the title. Easy to make errors when trying to type a message on an iPhone. I swear some people in here are better suited to being a high school English teacher rather than whatever their job is right now
Did anyone really think they were gonna find him guilty? They wouldn't have gotten a conviction even with a picture of Roger with a needle sticking out of his ass. That's just how the system works
Never Gets Old
Still never heard of him.
It was insanely ignorant for the government to be wasting money on this b/s anyways.
Bonds got off and he could barely fit his Volkswagen sized hgh head in the courtroom.
Ohh. I've heard of him.
Guess my phone hasn't either since it kept auto-correcting me...
this x's 1000
I find it funny anyways that we can be tried for lieing to Congress yet Congress (and our current President) lies to us every day of every week of every year.
He is guilty in the eye of public opinion. That will never change.
The government has now spent well over 10's of millions of dollars going after high profile athletes for alleged steroid abuse and perjury, and has not won once or produced any hard evidence. Such a gigantic waste of money. The best witness the Gov. had was McNamee, who has admitted that he has changed his story now a total of 4 different times. It didn't take a rocket scientist (no pun intended for the Rocket) to see that this case had no chance of success.
I'm annoyed they keep wasting money trying to prosecute athletes for cheating in a sport. We all know they cheated. No reason for government to get involved.
Exactly.. Big waste of time and money. They spent two years gathering evidence against Armstrong only to drop the case when they at least realized that they had no shot. Wonder how many millions went into all that research and man hours.
I was only joking man. Take it with a grade of saw.
Here lately the government couldn't convict Obama of being the president.
If you dreamed you were a sleep and you woke up, would you be awake?
That's just funny, very rare THE BOARD makes me LOL... +1 to you sir!!!
hit nail on head +1
IF IT FEELS GOOD,YOU AIN'T DOING IT RIGHT!
Roger will have a hard time being elected to the HOF. He is guilty in the eyes of the voters. He would have been a first ballot HOF inductee without the scandal. It will be interesting to see how long he has to wait.
What he said+ Still can't stand that T sip...RTR
