Wow, not a lot of compassion for the children of these "low income, no job, mostly black folks" from the "middle, upper class, with job, mostly white folks on this board. Please check that Gov Scott owned the largest drug testing company in the state and just recently passed it of to his wife so there would be no " conflict of interest". Rick Scott is/will the the most corrupt governor in the states history before his term ends or hopefully will be recalled.

I'm curious as to how many of these children should be in a home where a parent would choose drugs over money to feed their kids in the first place.

You say the kids will suffer, I say the kids are already suffering and should be removed from those homes as the parents are obviously unfit to raise a children when they are chosing to satiate their drug habit over caring for their own.

They just saved a billion.............
