I just don't understand your over generalization of the jam band genre and since you know a little bit about music I am intrigued as to what I should be listening to instead.

As for me, I listen to a variety, including classical, rock or all weights, blues, and jazz...basically anything that isn't jam bands or rap and I usually exclude country. Again, I'm not saying you should listen ultimate what I do. Your imoared perceptions would distort it into something it wasn't meant to be. I'm just saying your music sucks. That's all.
