Well that study could be argued as flawed because most homosexual couples do not have children. If it was more commonplace, I am sure they could screw up just as many kids as heterosexuals.

That's probably true, but you mentioned the raising of a healthy family, and if homosexual couples are not more prone either way, is that a good reason to keep them from getting married?

Why not? Facts only, please, no opinions. And I have a hard time believing with the rampant divorce rate, teen pregnancies, celebrity wedding debacles, and Newt Gingrich that homosexuals are the problem with marriage.

Why not just leave marriage to religions and for the govt, call it a civil union with the same rights as a marriage. Both sides win.
Currently, civil unions arent equal to marriage(think taxes). Change that and each side wins.

No, I just meant I've said it before at other times. I'm very passionate about this issue because a friend of mine was assaulted for being a lesbian in rural, redneck Alabama and I have a zero tolerance policy for bigotry.
