The Water Cooler

Didn't go to Bama, but we had pledges that complained to the Student Affairs Office that we made them vacuum and dust the Chapter Room (Den) and that we played Mud Football (Smear the Qu__r) Actives vs. Pledges and we had to take some minor grief from the Dean who was Greek himself. Sure we had some guys that took stuff a little too far, but no one ever got hit in the face, forced to drink if they didn't want to, got peed on or anything like that.

I dished out my share of pushups, made pledges recite the books of the Bible and made them recite the Greek Alphabet while holding a kitchen match, walk through 3 foot doors, and crab walk up stairs. And I received the same treatment from time to time when I was a pledge, but seriously...I always thought it was in good fun. Frankly, I've seen worse during my professional life in how "higher ups" treated new hires.
