Weightlifting

It was suggested to start a weightlifting thread. Lets get to talking! I live in Prattville at the moment, so I'm at Express Fittness on highway 14. Headed back to school in the summer so I'll be at the Student Rec Center all summer! Where do you guys live/lift?
Maybe this should be in the Water Cooler I'm thinking...

I'm looking for a gym in the Bham area, preferably 280 or Hoover to join. I'm not at all interested in the equipment or the trainers. I probably will never lift more than 25 lbs. I'm just looking for a place with lots of hot, fit, approachable, educated, single women in spandex. Any recommendations?

I realized just after posting that my description pretty much fits what any normal man would want. I could have just left it at "good gym". That really means the same thing IMO.

I've recently started power cleaning often. I really enjoy it because it involves multiple muscle groups to do it properly. I mainly watch youtube videos to learn how to lift properly. Very few people at my gym use correct form and most of the time attempt way too much weight than they should.

I workout at D1 Sports Training in Huntsville. It has gotten me the strongest and best shape of my life. There is one in Hunstville that Philip Rivers is a partner in and there is one in Birmingham that Brodie, DeMeco, and Vonetta Flowers are partners in.

Max Fitness in Dothan. The place is not very great. Not enough equipment and i often have to wait for my equipment or go at oprimal hours. But its the most reasonable with prices.

Can't go wrong at Golds at the colonnade. Some woman built like dudes in there but there are some cute girls too. If you were going for price though Anytime Fitness would be my choice.
