I've recently started power cleaning often. I really enjoy it because it involves multiple muscle groups to do it properly. I mainly watch youtube videos to learn how to lift properly. Very few people at my gym use correct form and most of the time attempt way too much weight than they should.

I work out at worlds gym in montgomery al. There are a lot of guys doing above 375 on the bench and thats normal. I weigh about 215 and I can bench 365. There are a few guys that max over 400 and they are not juiceing. One of them take NO explode and vitamin packs. I take mega men vitamins,glutomine and amino's and thats all. Some people are just naturally strong and have short arms.

Interesting that you should bring up proper form. A guy that works at the gym I work out at says I'm one of only a small handful of people there that actually uses correct form on my lift, especially bench press. But keep on with your broad generalizations.
