It's a broad generalization because I didn't specify any individual so why do you feel the need to tell me you use proper form. I go to the gym. A lot of people on here don't like your delivery of information but I personally love it because you always interject reality into the BS.
It's like when i was a kid...I was a baseball player and went on to play college and beyond. Anyway, I'd always hear people talking about some kid from some podunk Alabama town who could throw extremely hard when we went to all star tournaments. When the rubber met the road none of them existed and we wiped the floor with them. It's only gotten worse on the internet. My dad always says believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see.
