What are yall cooking today?

Bout to head to the store in a bit for some goodies. I don't have a smoker or anything extravagant like that, just a regular old charcoal grill. Probably looking at the tried and true hot dogs, maybe some burgers, and probably bbq some chicken as well. What are yall having?

Steaks and steak kabobs today, but if you want something quick and easy on the grill you should Tony Romas packaged baby back ribs. They come already pre-packaged with sauce and they are pretty good.
"Character" is doing the right thing when nobody is looking.

Just put two racks of ribs on! Let em smoke about 2 hours and then add a little Dreamland sauce! Wrap em in foil and let em cook another couple hours=heaven...... Yes sir! RTR!

Grilled Chicken maranaded all night in Apple Cider Vinegar and Water. Put that with some fresh veggies and homemade mac and cheese from the wife and you've got yourself a nap waiting to happen this afternoon.

Have both, but prefer charcoal. Big green egg is on the wish list.

Gas is more convenient but can't match the taste of charcoal.
