The darn thing is saved with the same settings, including size as my previous one, but for some reason, a question mark appears. Any suggestions?

Did you scan it through as a t-file and mark it as a JPEG then convert through a .GIF converter?

No, I created it in Photoshop, then saved as a jpg. Do I need to save as a gif?

I did all that. I got this one to display, but it is not the best one. The other one has the exact same settings, but will not display for whatever reason. Oh well...
